The "J" series posts in the technical reference libraries refer to JMP Journals. Journals are provided supporting a variety of JMP topics and vertical markets. Most journals are packaged with data tables and supporting material that forms a case study. Even if you can't find an exact match for your demo, perhaps a journal can be modified to meet your needs. Many customers have similar needs but the way they describe their problems, the terms they use, the data they work with, can be different especially between different vertical markets. However, there are fundamentals that everyone shares like making better decisions, saving time, saving cost, improving quality, improving yield, etc. When re-purposing a journal, try to preserve the fundamental message of how JMP provides value while customizing the details to make the story resonate with the customer.
