JMP Genomics - Import BED BIM FAM (Plink) files

Hello,

does anyone know how I can import BIM MAC files (Plinkt) into JMP Genomics?

Or how to import MAP PED (Plink) files into JMP Genomics?

Hi @Mi ,

 

You can import PLINK and PLINK binary files in JMP Genomics.

Got to the Import Category on the left, then the "Other Genetics" Subcategory in the middle, and then click on either PLINK (PED/FAM and MAP files) or PLINK Binary (PED, BIM and FAM files) button. 

Is that what you were looking for?

I also found this ... only I don't know how to proceed.
How does genomics need the processing?

I convert the three files or the two files and then?
Does Genomis need the three files or the two files?

Or do they need to be concatenate into one file somehow?
