Poisson regression

Hi I have a precipitation frequency data from 1989 to 2019. I want to see a trend line between year and the precipitation frequency using Poisson regression. I wanted to know weather precipitation volatility has increased in latter years. The frequency data contains 0, 1, 2, and 3 numbers. I have JMP 14 but not jmp pro. Any advise.

My data look like this: 

1989 - Frequency 0

1990 - Frequency 0

1991 - Frequency 1

1992 - Frequency 0

1993 - Frequency - 0

1994- Frequency - 0

1895- Frequency - 2

Start by getting your data into a JMP table (see attached).

That will make it easier for the community to help you.
