I am exploring more of the categorical platform and found something interesting. If i am within Categorical and I have value labels turned on and my value labels have a value in parenthesis, it seems that the value in parenthesis is being used as the value to determine mean. Where I am running into an issue is that if I have 5 different response levels, and not all of the response levels have value labels with parenthesis, it seems those responses without parenthesis are assigned a value of 0 for means calculation.
Am I interpreting this correctly?
