i am trying to make a dynamic control chart of real data. is there a way to link data tables of JMP to SQL or EXCEL ?

I'm working on a similar project right now. On Windows, you can connect to databases or Excel using ODBC with the 'Open Database' function. Search for "Database Access" in the scripting guide for details.
