Axis label for interaction plot

Hi! 

 

Does anyone know why the x-axis label looks weird for the interaction plot (please see the attached file highlighted by the black circle)?  It only show one number for each cell (it should show three values for each cell since each factor has three levels) and the tick/scale is not correct either.

Here is just a follow-up message on the previous post.  I tried to change the axis settings.  However, the the minimum and maximum settings for the scale were all gray out.  Is it because I added a constraint condition when I set up the model?  In this case, is there still a way to fix the x-axis label?
