Sample Data For Forum QuestionsHi!
Something I've found helpful when asking questions on forums is to provide a data set with which to illustrate the question. I've found JMP's Sample Data library very helpful. This is especially useful if you aren't sure about the confidentiality of your data and you don't want to take the time to mask or otherwise 'scrub' your data before posting a forum question.
If you haven't seen JMP's library before, you can find it within JMP under the Help menu option 'Sample Data' (see below). It is sorted by topic and can provide a universally accessible set of data with which to illustrate questions and solutions.
Do you know other good repositories for sample data?

Re: Sample Data For Forum QuestionsFor posting data, JMP has a built-in Anonymize tool in the Tables menu
It changes all the column labels and changes all levels in nominal columns. (continuous numeric stays the same)
All the results will be the same in the Actual and Anonymous tables, but the labels won't make any sense.
If you do this, delete your scripts in the table box before posting. The column names aren't changed in the saved scripts.
