Question
While entering a formula, the editor suddenly adds unwanted parentheses that make it impossible to enter the correct formula. The desired formula is
a*b*(1-I*I*R)-I*I*R*d
It's ok up to the second minus sign. When I enter it, a second R a pair of parentheses appears changing the formula to
a*b*( (1-I*I*R) - BOX).
Clearly this is not going to give me the correct formula. (Box is the empty operand entry box.) The new parentheses are 'sticky' and cannot be removed without wiping out most of the same formula.
