Learning Subscription Offer
What happens after the 30 day free period?
The customer will not be charged at this time, the courses will no longer be accessible. Customer progress is maintained for continuity under their SAS Profile.
Can the customer pay for a JMP Learning Subscription after the trial?
Yes, the customer may choose to continue and can purchase the full subscription at that time. They may purchase through the online cart or via the standard paperwork process through the GIDB. Since they will be gaining access to the JMP courses through the SAS Learning Subscription, it will be important to direct them to the JMP Learning Subscription, as it is a better value and only includes JMP Courses.
If the customer moves to a paying subscription, will course progress be lost?
The course completions are attached to their SAS Profile, so as long as they use the same profile to login, all information / completion will be saved for accessed courses.
Is it a true 30 day trial?
It is a true 30 day trial. For example, if the customer signs up on May 30th, they will have 30 days of access, through June 29th.
Can I see which of my customers have taken advantage of the free trial?

What courses are included in the Learning Subscription?
This is the SAS Learning Subscription, therefore there is a very long list of included courses which can be found here. The JMP courses available include the following:

Is a virtual lab of the software included in the Learning Subscription?
While STIPS does include access to a virtual lab, the SAS Learning Subscription as a whole does not include access to JMP software.

What courses are available for this offer?
As long as customers sign up prior to June 30th, they may leverage this offer for any course on the Live Web training schedule in 2020.
Is this a global offer?
The 50% off code is good for US Training only; however countries outside of the US are leveraging offers and AEs should check with their local country office, as this offer varies by region.
