Hi - im not sure how to fit a constrained longitudinal data analysis (cLDA) in JMP as per
https://datascienceplus.com/taking-the-baseline-measurement-into-account-constrained-lda-in-r/
If we had a model of the form Time and their interaction Group:Time as predictors then i would have assumed this model would be similair to the cLDA , that is baseline is modeled as a dependent variable in conjunction with the constraint of a common baseline mean across the treatment group. In cLDA, the group means are assumed to be equal at baseline (hence the “constrained” in cLDA).
So, not sure how to fit a cDLA via the FIT model command. If anyone can shed some light on this that would be appreciated.
