Hi there
How do i fit a cLDA in JMP (via FIT command say) with the constarint that the group means are assumed to be equal at baseline (hence the “constrained” in cLDA).Constrained’ longitudinal data analysis (cLDA) is a well-established unconditional technique that constrains means of baseline to be equal between arms. For cLDA baseline means are constrained to be equal between the randomised groups; a common baseline mean is assumed and fit across randomised groups.
Hence if we had a model with Time and their interaction Group:Time as predictors theoritically this model structure would impose that the group means are eqal at baseline (i think?).
An example in r is noted in the link...

Some guidance how to fit such a model in JMP would be appreciated. Not sure that FIT time group.time works as it doenst seem to impose the basline constraints.
