I am attempting to create a control chart with graphlets. When I do this the filtering does not work. The graphlet says it is only looking at the associated rows, but the visual does not update. Is this something to do with how the Control Chart platform works? Does anyone know of a workaround to make the filtering work? I have attached the output below and the data table. the Graphlet works perfectly in Graph builder, but not with control charts.

Update (5:51): I found a small issue when trying this in 15.1, with the scale used to display the returned image inside the graphlet. Easy fix.
I took the opportunity to show how to add the graphlet to both panels in the CCB (not just the top one).
Please see new version attached.
TL;DR: there is a bug we need to address, but you can work around it with a bit of JSL magic:

I looked at the script, and it should work - although you should not be using SkipFilters, since you do want to filter by WaferID, I believe. But the graph should be doing that for you, and it wasn't, which is why I think you might have tried setting it.
The issue seems to be that a Local Data Filter is not being added to the Graphlet by the base graph to narrow the rows to just the ones associated with the point you hovered over. This is an issue with the Control Chart Builder; as you noted, this works fine in the Graph Builder.
Using the Context Textlet (a great tool for debugging graphlet issues) we can see that the underlying graph is not initializing the variables that would allow the filter to be created. Not good. I will work with the CCB developer on a fix.

In the meantime, since this is all JSL based, perhaps we can cook a workaround. We do have access to a row number that is representative of the set. What if we used that to create our own data-driven filter? This is easy enough to do. But the trick is that the Graphlet framework strips out LDFs that are already in the graph before using it to launch or create thumbnails. So we have to take the picture creation for the thumbnail and the window launch into our own hands. We can do that as well by checking the graphlet context mode variable and... well, I attached the script so you can take a look.
Very cool example!
This is great thanks,
It appears the scaling issue is still there with the JSL workaround in 15.1 is that what you are seeing as well?
Thanks, Pete
@phersh I just tried it again with 15.1 and the scale works. Please see attached. Make sure you download the attached .jsl again, I changed it in place to include the workaround.
Yes Nascif,
It works great I must have just grabbed an earlier version of your script. Thank you so much for the help with this. I think this is a very useful tool.
