S31 Multi-Year Training Starter

3/24/21 Update: added JMP 16 material.

The attached JMP Addin will generate a multi-year training starter.

Currently, training starters are available for JMP11, JMP12, JMP13, JMP14 and JMP15. This addin pulls resources from the folders of the individual year training starters. For this to work, the individual year training starter folders have to be available in your addin directory. If you don't have addin folders for all the versions going back to JMP11, they are still available for download from //jmpsmd.

Thanks Hyde for taking the time to make this.

For a future iteration of the add-in, would it be possible to aggregate the old training starter folders into a master training starter folder that would be referenced instead ? Maybe make an option to uninstall older training starters so that this becomes the master training starter? That would be preferred so I can have a smaller number of add-ins in my Add-in menu.

Agree with Chris on this, having an archive would be nice. Though it could be quite large with the video content in the older versions.

On the point of not having a bunch of stuff in the add-ins menu, you can disable an add-in by going to View > Add-ins… and unchecking the “Enabled” check box. It will keep everything in the folder in the Add-in’s directory, but not in the Add-in’s menu.

Scratch that - the ability to disable an add-in is not apparently working at the moment. It's working fine for the session but not taking after a restart of JMP. Similar to the bug where Load Order isn't honored after a restart.

I tried the disabling method of add-ins and it seems to work on my Windows machine (Windows 10) and JMP Pro 15.1
