lack of fitting is missing for some response in definitive screening DOE

A definitive screening DOE was conducted by me, Lack of Fit is not activated for some response. But, lack of fit is activated for other response.

I check the degree of lack of fit, if the degree of lack of fit is below 2( include 2), it will be not activated,

Please advise whether it is meaning or not to check LOF in DSD.

What is the rule for lack of fit being activated in definitive screening DOE analysis.
