Export from Categorical platform on a MacUser was inquiring about the availability of a Save Excel File option in the Categorical platform when using a Mac, since this feature is only available in Windows.
Does anyone know of any non JSL-heavy work-arounds for how to extract the information otherwise? I realize it's a Wish List item and may be available soon-ish, just looking for something to offer until that magic happens.

What exactly are they trying to save? All of the info like the Save Excel option in windows? They can use File>Export and use the RTF option. Then they can open in Word and have the tables available
Would that work? I guess it is a matter of what they are trying to do with the information in Excel.
Re: Export from Categorical platform on a MacThanks @chris_kirchberg - I hadn't thought of the RTF, don't use it much so slipped the brain.
They were after all the table content similar to their colleagues who have Windows OS and lamenting not having the 'easy button' option.
I didn't get the sense that it was something they were trying to put into production (yet), so RTF effectively tackles that issue.
