Hi Maria,
Just wanted to check and see if you have heard back from any of the other presenters on permission to record? Did you ask Robert Anderson and Laura Lancaster as well, just as a heads up? I believe we are waiting on Marion Janker and Alain Gautier?
Thanks!
Katie
You have to edit the original document to add an attachment. I've done that and added the permission form.
Hi Maria,
For some reason, I'm unable to upload the release form to this space, so I'll email it to you. You will need to update the activity and date section on the form. Below is what I emailed presenters for US Discovery 2015. We don't need a signed form from SAS/JMP employees, but I wanted to let them know that their presentation would be recorded.
Hi All,
You are scheduled to present your Discovery Summit presentation in a room where SAS/JMP will be able to video record your presentation. In order for us to record your presentation, we need you to complete the attached permission form. Your presentation could be posted on our web site or another web site, like You Tube, for people to see and to promote future Discovery Summit conferences.
If you are presenting with others, each presenter needs to fill out the form.
If you are a SAS or JMP employee, you do not need to fill out the form.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I’ll need your response by July 9.
Thank you,
Kathy
Thanks, Jeff!
kathy.walker, do you happen to have the release that you request presenters to sign when we'd like to record them, so that you might be able to share it with Maria also possibly with a copy of the email you use when asking for permission?
maria.astalsseres, once you have that document, can you please send it in an email to each of the 1st choice presenters asking for their permission to record their presentation?
