How to change a bar plot pattern based on values?

This might sound like a simple question but I was wondering how to change the pattern of bar plot based on another feature and generate some plot like the following? I also prefer to avoid coding. 

Also, is it possible to change a simple bar pattern individually without changing the rest?

If you are using GraphBuilder to create your graph, right click on a legend item, ex. F, and select Pattern and select the pattern you want.

 

 

 

 

Changing just one bar, if doable, takes some customization/scripting or trickery to get that to occur.
