Intro to JMP for hearing impaired

Question

Hey All,

We have a new user in the Rockies who has a hearing impairment. What resources do we have to help him get up to speed? Do we have any recorded and subtitled getting started webex's (or other intro webinars). I have looked on jmp.com, the community and google. I am not finding anything specific to hearing impaired.

If any of you have encountered this could you share what you tried and what worked?

All of the JMP e-learning modules are setup for the hearing impaired.

There is close captioning and transcripts for all of the STIPS video content.
