My company still has a bunch of JMP 9 licenses that we use on our factory floor so I occasionally need to make a JMP15 script work in 9.
Does anyone remember how to add an image to a window created with New Window? Seems so trivial, yet I could not figure it out even using the JMP 9 Scripting Guide.
This works in JMP 15 but not JMP 9:
myPic = New Image( Get Path Variable( "HOME" ) || "myPic.jpg" );
myWin = New Window( "User Input", Show Toolbars( 0 ), Show Menu( 0 ), myPic );
It doesn't throw an error, just no image shows in the window. The 'New Image' command is a viable JMP9 command, and I see that it recognizes myPic as a '<picture>' in the log window.
I tried various formulations using Picture Box() and couldn't get it to work.
I'm probably doing not doing something that used to be really basic. Any JMP 9 lore masters that can set me on the right path?
Thanks!
