Today innovation and improvement are the subjects which can not be avoided any organizations。Design of Experiments、one of the key means of enabling innovation and improvement、is now an essential subject to be taught in the career development of scientists and engineers。However、despite the scientists and engineers have received basic training on the DOE when they actually apply what they have learned、they encounter in a variety of failures。This consequently makes the distrust and resistance to the effects of DOE in their organizations。In addition、these cultural issues result in decrease of the speed to innovate and improve。
Through this seminar、Chul-Hee Min seeks to present the major reasons for the failures of the DOE and its preventive measures。JMP's DOE platforms have been designed to help prevent a variety of failures of DOE by default。However、some users still utilize JMP without understanding these hidden meanings。 It will be discussed how to use JMP to prevent the failures based on the understanding these hidden meanings。Furthermore、he will introduce the DOE strategies using JMP for enabling to achieve the goals of innovation and improvement。
