How do i do Iteration Analysis

Hi

Could someone point in the right direction, I have completed a Gage R&R, completed 3 test runs on the same device. When I analyse the results the Failures are mostly on the third run using alll the same inputs,  were in jmp stastically will it tell me that the number of tests on the same device is having an impact my results.
