Here’s a rough agenda:
1. Review what we did last fall (and this past spring) - what went well, what should we do differently in terms of topics, setup,…
2. Lay out the schedule for the fall academic webinars for US and Europe
3. Talk about who will do what in terms of setting up and coordinating
4. Take an initial stab at figuring out who will provide the individual webinars.

FYI - Here’s what we did in the US in Fall, 2015. The first column is the number of registrants.

Campaigns for these have been created. Here's the master campaign: https://na20.salesforce.com/70114000002KXMT
Will work on the web information and reg pages next...
Changed the date on the second JMP Basics webinar to Oct 11. Mia and Ruth swapped the Oct 11 and the Oct 14 webinars. This has been updated in the SalesForce campaign.
Hi Mia (and julian),
concerning our academic webinar series, I am still wondering which tasks remain for Marketing, and what has to be covered by Marketing in Europe?
My understanding is that we will have one global setup by the Academic Team of web registration pages (ongoing), salesforce campaigns (done) and webex sessions (done).
For EU, we would only need to link from regional event pages to the US page showing all webinars and the links to the registrations, correct?
We will also add all events to SIM to generate any follow-up tasks for Marketing.
This includes blasts - one global or separate blasts?
Any other tasks we expect Marketing to cover?
Walter will handle this for the US? Should I connect our Marketing with Walter? Or just refer to SIM entries?
EU Marketing requests more detailed information, but I don't overlook the full global workflow (yet).
Can you advise please? Thanks a lot!
Should we plan to have Paolo as host for "my" webinars, or do have another suggestion?
Cheers
Volker
