Import excel multiple sheets as private

Question

Hi,

When I open excel which has only one sheet I can open it as "Private" data table but if the excel has more then one sheet it's ignoring private command.

Any idea?

Yes, the private message is only applied to the last worksheet on the xlsx file when it's trying to open multiple worksheets. I think they can fix this function.

We may open each worksheet within for loop like below,

fn = "C:\Users\Yong\Desktop\Book1.xlsx";
sheetList = Get Excel Worksheets( fn );
dt = Repeat( {.}, N Items( sheetList ) );
For( i = 1, i <= N Items( sheetList ), i++,
	dt[i] = Open( fn, worksheets( sheetList[i] ), private )
);
