STIPS CertificationFor those of you who participated in the Nov 2018 STIPS Certification alpha testing (and passed), I have happy news from Mia Stephens... Passing the alpha test completes your official certification!
I did things backwards-- took the alpha test, then completed all of the modules. And I'm glad I did-- there were several things in the modules that helped to sharpen my saw.:) Still, finding out that I didn't have to retake the exam was an early Christmas present.
Hope this applies to several of you too!

Re: STIPS CertificationThanks for sharing this Jerry!
Yes, if you were kind enough to participate in the alpha or beta testing of the STIPS certification exam, thank you! If you passed the exam, then you don't need to take it again - you're certified! Same goes for members of the exam development team who took the exam and passed.
However, if your manager is asking that you complete the modules and earn end of module badges, you're not off the hook - you might want to take this up with your manager : )
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday!
