Bars in Pareto Plots Mysteriously Becoming Black

I'm having an issue where most of the bars in the plots below are turning black for seemingly no reason. Any help would be appericated.

I think that those bars (the black ones) and the rows they represent in the data table are selected.

Click anywhere in the plot to deselect them.
