Hi I am trying to fit a NHPP model for the maintenance data of a group of systems. Bust systems have a periodic overhaul. JMP only alows one right censored data per system. But for my data some systems have 3 or 4 overhaul over the observation period. Can I enter more than one right censored data for a system.

Dear Skapan,
The error that you are getting can be eliminated if you would introduce the "Type of Event" column and add it to the Cost Field when you analyze the recurring event.
JMP defines the cost as a way to introduce actual failures vs. censored, end of observation, or retiring.
So if you introduce your type of events in terms of 0/1 and add it to the cost field, you will be able to define the end of the observation point.
Please note that in the photo I attached, I also considered your overhaul data to be right censored as I didn't know if that's a failure time or a regular PM. However, you can change the overhaul data to be 1, indicating an actual failure, and only keep the last time as 0. That will be based on your application and interpretation.

Cost
Identifies a column that must contain one of the following values:
–A 1, indicating that an event has occurred (a unit failed or was repaired, replaced, or adjusted). When indicators (1s) are specified, the MCF is the mean cumulative count of events per unit as a function of age.
–A zero, indicating that the unit went out-of-service or is no longer being studied. All units (each System ID) must have one row with a zero for this column, with the Y, Age, Event Timestamp column containing the final observed age. If each unit does not have exactly one last observed age in the table (where the Cost column cell is zero), then an error message appears.
