Plackett-Burman's L12 orthogonal table takes up many factors of 11 factors, and the number of experiments is 12 times, which is a very small experiment plan. Therefore, it is often used in screening experiments, and statistical model analysis cannot analyze interactions and evaluates only the main effects. However, various combinations were implemented as experiments, and the coverage of the combination of three factors was 100%, and the coverage of the combination of four factors was about 75%.Using this combination evaluation, we proposed a method to create an experimental plan with a high success rate, and many examples have appeared. In this presentation, we will introduce a method to get the result with the shortest number of experiments by using three representative cases and reflecting the technical ability in the experiment plan.If you are worried about the number of experiments in the three-level experiment, I would like you to see it.
