Logistic Regression plotHi all,
I have a quick question related to logistic regression.
By default it looks like JMP produces a plot with the observations randomly distributed (below/above the curve) on the y-axis and only correctly distributed on the x-axis, but I would a lot rather have a plot like the below where the points are not randomly distributed on the y-axis but fixed at their actual observed value. Is that possible in JMP?
Thanks, Valerie

Re: Logistic Regression plotThanks, that works. next question, can we script this somehow in order to repeat this?
Thanks,
Valerie
Re: Logistic Regression plotHi Valerie,
As a workaround try this:
- In the Logistic Fit report turn off the display of points
- Right mouse click over the graph frame and select Edit > Copy Frame Contents
- Go to Graph Builder and plot your Y vs X and turn off jittering
- Right mouse click over the graph frame in Graph Builder and select Edit > Paste frame Contents
