Question on Alternate Cut-off Confusion Matrix Add-InI had a customer that discovered that, when you do Logistic Regression in GenReg, the confusion matrix gives the option to define an alternative probability threshold. He wanted to know if this did the same thing as Wendy's Alternative Cut-off Confusion matrix add-in. I wasn't aware of the add-in or the capability (don't talk about Logistic Regression that much).
