Here is an addin to run various queries against the communities database. A new database dump from our production instance is available for download once a week (Saturday evening PST). The local database is stale, that is, our local database has to be updated with the currently available database dump. The currently available database dump has to be downloaded from the Jive Cloud admin console. The local database is provisioned as a PostgreSQL database running version 9.4. The queries utilize a dns-less query to minimize any custom database drivers that might be employed at an individual user level. The addin requires JMP 12 or newer as it is dependent on the Query Builder platform.
The addin is organized by four categories as noted below. All queries will produce at a minimum one or more JMP data tables. Often additional summaries are also produced using the tables summary, tabulate platform and graph builder.

Queries related to the community members include getting a JMP data table with all employees with either the JMP or SAS domain in their email address.
You can also query the community for all participants by a particular company. This query will be used to update contacts in Salesforce.
Cumulative members will identify the total number of registered users from a user defined begin date.
If a query is shown with Not Implemented then the query has either not been written or fully tested. These queries will be updated once fully tested.

Miscellaneous queries are available for gathering poll information, getting a JMP data table with the number of times a piece of content has been downloaded, ideas for a particular social group, email preferences by members in a social group and all messages posted within a particular space.

A series of interactive dashboards are available for visually assessing various activities within the community. These activities are often aggregated or rolled up by month. Some default to the most recent 90 days but can be modified as desired. These mimic those available from within the JMP user community administrative reports.

The last of the queries are being developed to identify what members are following or not following within a particular social group or community space.

If no output is produced please check the log file for any error messages or alert message that the query has not been implemented.
Please leave me a comment for any issues you identify or if you have suggestions for new queries or better ways to organize the menus.
