Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDHi SEs,
Do you use the Sales Summaries I've been putting in the Training Starter? I've attached one for reference. If you DO, which part(s) of it do you use? I am evaluating whether to provide them in the same way, a different way, or not at all.
Thansk,
Brady

Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDI use them especially before/after the new release. The business value and who has asked for it is great for Sales and their prospecting activities. The before after allows a "teasing needles" discussion ("do you have this topic/issue/need in your compnay too? wouldn't it be great to do that? Who can I talk to about this?" ) with the prospect as well existing customers. So huge value for the whole team.
Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDYes- I find the before>after section the most helpful as well for understanding the value of the new feature.
Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDIt is good to know who asked for this new feature. To give us an idea of the types of companies that might find it relevant.
Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDYes, our entire Mid Atlantic team uses them. I force feed them to Christy and Malcolm so they have a written record of 'What's New' without all the statistical gobbledygook and 'how to' in JMP/JMP Pro contained in the Quick Starts. You know how I feel about the Quick Starts
Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDI find them useful for understanding the value of new features. So I think the most important bit is the BEFORE > NOW with an emphasis on the business value. They are a useful starting point for understanding why they might be relevant to a customer. It then generally requires some testing in the field to really understand the value message.Re: Do you use Sales Summaries (not Quick Starts, I know many use those.)? PLEASE VOTE / RESPONDYup - I used them when I was getting my feet under me on a couple of features after 13 was released.
