Empower and JMP

Hi everybody!

Does anyone know some JMP users that use Empower? if yes, how?

Or does anyone experiences a link between Empower and JMP?

A first solution would be to use Excel as a step. But a direct link would be wonderful (realistic???)

Empower has a copy to clipboard function in the menu which they also refer to in their tutorials/youtube videos or in the user forums. Even when they export to oExcel they seem to refer to the copy to clipboard function. Guess this is the easiest way. And you can skip the copy to Excel step pasting it directly into JMP (however, there might be additional cleanup steps necessary, based on header information. Saving to ASCII seems also to be possible but I saw comments that this might not be available for all products.

Hi Florence,

I haven't seen this particular software and I dont know any JMP users using it. But my experience is that instrument vendor software is not normally designed to interface with other software beyond the option to export as .csv - they generally want you to spend all of your budget with them.
