- Review of sales targets, opportunities. Please review list below and in particular those accounts with your initials attached and formulate a plan to engage with account (to license, provide workshop/webex, visit). Please consider any travel around conferences and other engagements
- Beacon accounts listed below. Engineering schools and focus on core Industrial Stats course markets for these (DOE, SQC, Reliability, Engineering Stats). This should be 3-4 professors at each account at the most so hope this is viewed to be manageable. Over the course of 2016, I would like to touch each of these customers at least once.
- SFDC: We agreed to set up workshops as campaigns, if we feel registration is warranted (campus workshop, new account), we will set up a registration page. We will Log demos in SFDC starting now.
- Administrative license: we will update website info. CL will collect some more complete info, JP will look to create a short video. CH will investigate AIR conference with SAS.
- Customers Talk web series needs approval form Diana Levey. CH will follow up.
- Kickstarter program for new license holders. Will include e-learning specific to school, key collateral (resources, one page guides?). What is the complete list of stuff we send? Can we get this bundled in Midas? VK/JP
