If you've got an itch to write and want some inspiration for what to blog about, here's a list of the top 20 most viewed posts in the Discussions forum. If none of these strike your fancy, the attachment has the ranking for all 7000+ posts (my suggestion is to stay toward the top of that list though).
Take any of these topics and describe the how/why/where of the answer. You don't need a fancy hook or story, just a simple title like, How to sort a categorical axis or Understanding Data Types in JMP, or Using Dates in JMP. The simpler and more direct the title and the content the more valuable your post will be over time.
Similarly, if you're trying to think of a good topic for a Discovery paper, this list works well there too. Remember, the Call for Papers closes this Friday!
So, what are you waiting for, inspiration to strike? Well, here it is.
In case you were wondering about the most popular blog posts over the last 180 days, here's that list too:
Notice the simple, direct titles. You don't need to be fancy. Clarity and simplicity are what drive traffic.
