· Summary:
o Dan, Peter & Malcolm met with GE Aviation Ceramics on 11/17/15 to discuss their business needs.
o Starting next year, we have a great opportunity to advise this team on how to get the most out of analytics as they scale up production of CMC’s (Ceramic Matrix Composites).
o Because the business is organized along the whole value stream we can play an integral part in supporting all aspects of their business at sites in Delaware, Asheville, OH, and NY (GRC). Training and support, as always, will be key.
o Opportunity: A reasonable goal is to get JMP and or JMP Pro in the hands of their 100+ engineers by the end of 2016.

· Update:
o Predictum called Scott Wise on 11/13/15 and indicated that they had singed the SOW with Kim and the GE Team for around $140K.
· Next Steps:
o Predictum feels they are developing additional contacts in GE Aviation. Recommended a strategy meeting between JMP (Dan and Team) and Predictum to discuss collaborative information sharing.
