How to create script with bar chart

Hi guys just want to ask some help how to create script with the following flow and outputs 

calculate yield with ff output plots:

- table

 - defect bar chart

- yield bar chart

Not sure if I'm completely understanding your question, but in general the script to recreate anything made in JMP can be captured by going to the red hotspot and selecting Save Script-->To Script Window.  Multiple scripts from multiple reports can then be run in succession by copy-pasting their respective scripts into the same script window.  Does this help?
