how do I access a raow value and then repeat it for successive rows

I import data from an excel pivot table.I need to read a row value and then repeat it for 13 successive rows.ex shown below

Read value AA12 and repeat it for 13 following rows.then read A22 and repeat for next 13 rows. Is there an easy way to do this?
