Mixed Anova

Hi, 

I'm trying to find the sex differences in ankle stiffness using center of pressure(cop) and activation. My between subject factor is gender, and I have two with-in subject factors. The first has 4 levels (-2 cop, 2cop, 4cop, and 6cop) and the second also has 4 levels (0%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). I am completely new to statistics and I do not know how to go about this. Can anyone please help?

This sounds like not too complicated of a problem. If you can provide an example of how your data is organized -- what your data table looks like, it will help to better understand what you are using as factors and responses, and what are the "samples". If you can share the actual data, that would be great, but if not, just an example layout would be helpful.

You can always anonymize the data table: Table > Anonymize if there are concerns about data sensitivity.
