Variable Relationship Visualization for "2-Way" ANCOVA?

Hi JMP Community,

I need to visualize the relationship between the Baseline Biomarker and a Change in Clinical Measure where both the biomarker levels and the Baseline Clinical Measure have an effect on Change in Clinical Measure (see table attached and screenshot of the analysis below).

I don't think that simply plotting the Baseline Biomarker Levels versus the Change in Clinical Measure is appropriate (missing the BL Clinical Measure term) and I'm not sure if using the Predicted Post Treatment Clinical Measure is appropriate either (see both below).

I would greatly appreciate receiving your input.
