Optimization with one of the variables set at fixed valueI am trying to run an optimization after DOE in which one of the inputs needs to be fixed at a particular value while rest of the inputs are free. Can someone help me how can I implement this approach in JMP?
Re: Optimization with one of the variables set at fixed valueThis optinization is easily done in the Prediction Profiler. Control-click or Option-click on the profile of the factor to be fixed. Enter the fixed value and then check the Lock option. Now click the red triangle and select Optimization > Maximize Desirability.
