Hello,
I am new to JMP, please help.
I have large RNA-seq data table: each row is different gene (+30000 rows), and 34 columns-each different condition.
I would like to find all genes that have at least 60% matching profile of gene expression across the 34 conditions, with a known gene. SOmething like co-expression but with a particular pattern.
Can I do this in JMP?
