"using the JMP Publish function to your JMP Live Instance"
I am not sure I would call it the JMP Publish function, but maybe rather say
"by publishing to your JMP Live Instance"
How do the others feel about that? Do we usually call this a "function"?

Thank you!
With JMP Live, you can create interactive visualizations of your data and then share your analyses with others by publishing to your JMP Live Instance.
And what's powerful about this is that anyone viewing these reports in your organization has the interactive capabilities of JMP. They don't have to have JMP installed. You can also Publish to Specific Groups to control who sees your JMP Live reports and data.
First, create a report or even multiple ones, then click File then Publish.
From the Publish window, select the reports that you want to include.
Here, you have an option to close the individual reports in JMP after publishing (that might be a time-saver for you).
Next to the "Publish to" drop-down, choose JMP Live.
You have the option to include (or Publish) your data or not.
You'll now enter your JMP Live instance URL.
Then "Sign in" using your user credentials.
If you're updating data regularly, you can also quickly publish with the convenience and ease of a JMP script.
The next window is where you'll configure the report, including the option to replace a post on your JMP Live instance.
Since I have a default image for each report, I'll add the image and select the arrow and position that new image at top for it to be the primary post image that shows in the JMP Live reports.
I'm choosing to select Replace, which launches a window that offers me a list of my available posts that I can replace.
Now that I have published my report from JMP, JMP Live launches in my default web browser.
And here is the result with the interactive capabilities I had in JMP; as I slide my date range filter, my report updates to that new time range.
