Slides used during the Quality Tools "train-the-trainer" portion of the Academic kickoff in Jan, 2016 in Cary.
I've attached a journal with some background information and links to data sets I generally use. I've added a few scripts to the journal - these are for exercises commonly used in teaching core ideas. The journal also includes some information on the newer methods.

- These materials are excerpts from some older Six Sigma materials - since they're based on proprietary training materials (from the North Haven Group) please don't share externally.
- Details on newer features (control chart builder, Wheeler's EMP approach, updates to capability in JMP 12 and 13) are not included in the slides.
