1) show two distinct curves (with confidence intervals at points for each curve) and
2) to evaluate (using tests) the difference between these curves (see pic.)
P.S. Patients ID and time are not random value (they are fixed)

But I don’t see there the possibility of constructing curves (with CI) as in my picture. (P.S. In addition, there are two aspects: 1) repeated measurements and 2) values "ID" and "time" are fixed.)
In general, leaving the details, I would like to hear a hint how to approach the formulated problem
