Hello all,
I have fitted a mixed effects model to data where subjects belonging to groups A to D were measured repeatedly in a condition 'factor E' (with 5 levels; subjects are in single group only).
There is a significant interaction between 'group' and 'factor E'. I want to explore this in two ways:
- one post hoc for levels of 'group' between levels of factor E.
- one post hoc for levels of 'factor E' between levels of 'group'.
How do I best go abouts doing this?
