Ryan DeWitt @ryandewitt created an informative, concise JMP training sequence for customers who want to familiarize themselves with the basic steps to create a Custom DOE.
The Kit explains and walks through the DOE sequence (not the reasons for each step). At the end, people can do a short experiment building a paper airplane, or as I did, simply follow Ryan's instructions interactively with their version of JMP to replicate the design.
The customer training sequence is called JMP DOE Introductory Kit. Shortcut to send customers is jmp.com/doekit.
People need to register to use the kit. Registrants are collected in a salesforce campaign. When they complete the kit, they get a certificate.
NOTE: Christy Spain pointed out that there is a DIFFERENT marketing resource called the DOE INFO Kit, which requires registration and gives people assets to download. Please be careful not to confuse the two.
