Dear [First Name],
We are excited for your upcoming paper presentation at Discovery Summit!
We have created a space in the JMP User Community for paper and poster presenters to share materials. Now we need you to upload your paper, slides and/or any other files related to your presentation that you want to share. This shares your presentation with the larger JMP community.
To make it easier for you, we have already created a document in the User Community for your paper. The document lists the title and author(s) of each presentation, and your abstract. We’d like you to attach your files to the document for your presentation.
You should have received a separate email from the JMP User Community with a link to the document for your presentation.
If you’re already a member of the JMP User Community
Log in to the Community, and then click the link. You’ll also find the link to the document in a Notification in your community inbox (community.jmp.com/inbox).
If you haven’t yet joined the JMP User Community
Go to community.jmp.com and click on the “Create a SAS Profile and Join the Community” button. Use the email address that this message is sent to as your profile.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll find the link to the document in a Notification in your Community inbox (community.jmp.com/inbox).
Either way, once you’re at the document:
- Click your presentation title to open the document, and then choose “Edit” from the “ACTIONS” menu on the right. (If the Edit action isn’t available, you’re not logged in.)
- Replace the abstract of your paper with the full text of your paper, in addition to attaching the paper, if possible.
- Click the “Attach” link (beside the paper clip icon at the bottom of the edit box) and select the files you want to add to the document.
- Click the blue “Publish” button to finish.

Upload your Discovery Summit files today, if you can. Please try to have all files uploaded by Sept. 4. We will be announcing this resource during the conference, so you will want to have your material available.
