Display Labels for Values Outside Axis Range in Graph Builder

I am trying to build a chart in graph builder with fixed axis settings (80 to 105) to incorporate into a script. Occassionally, the values are below 80, however I still want them to display at the bottom of the chart. Will Jmp allow for this or will it only display values within the axis range?

JMP will only display the bars that fall within the min and max values specified for the x axis.  However, using JSL you can determine the min and max values in the data, and then dynamically set the graphs min and max values.
