Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a methodology for measuring and controlling quality during the manufacturing process. A common use case is for creation of SPC charts that are shown on large displays near the process line, so that the operators can monitor the quality in real time without interaction. In this presentation, we take a look at automating and centralizing the creation of SPC charts using JSL scripts and publishing them to a content management system like SharePoint. The content is delivered to each area of the process line for continuous monitoring. We also discuss how to implement a Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) process to facilitate a robust automation process and monitor the quality of the automation.

I´m very interested in your work, especially the continous integration of SPC and publishing to SharePoint.
Can you share some of your work with us (or PM)?
Thanks
