For each release we put together a series of blogs intended to provide awareness to our current users (to either upgrade to the latest version or engage with sales) and to hopefully drive some interest from prospects. These blogs discuss the values of the new features and how a user would incorporate this feature into their workflow. Ideally, we would develop blogs around the major features 6 months before launch, and blogs around other features 2 months before launch. These are great resources to learn about the feature and also share some of the more detailed information about specific features.

These lists are meant to be a starting point for our sales teams to reach out to customers and prospects who are already in Salesforce, letting them know about the upcoming release. In addition to the lists, we provide email templates that provide teams with a starting point for messaging.
